Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know 24 hours in advance. You might be charged a last-minute cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. if an appointment is canceled prior to 24 hours before the scheduled time, No cancellation fee will be charged. However, if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee of 50% of the

full appointment value.

No-Show / No-Call Policy
We will call the client if they do not show up in time. If over 15 minutes late, their appointment may have to be canceled or rescheduled.

Fix Policy
If you are unhappy with your hair or service and need a fix, please call ASAP. Any inquiries after one week from the original appointment will not be considered for a redo.
