Cancellation Policy
If you need to make a cancellation or reschdule .please let us know 24 hours in advance. You might be charged for a last minute cancellation at your next visit and Deposit will not be refund.

No-Show / No-Call Policy
We will call client if they do not show in time. If over 15 minutes late, their appointment may have to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Fix Policy
If you are unhappy with your hair or service and need a fix, please call ASAP. Any inquiries after one week from the original appointment will not be considered for a redo.
